I’ve decided to start my condo search again. I’m having a lot of trouble pulling the trigger though. It’s prolly one of those things that I won’t mess up once i get started but I’m so scared that an initial decision is going to send things down the wrong path. Do i call a realtor before or after i get pre-approved for a loan? And can I just got to my bank to get pre-approved for *a* loan and then figure out where i really want to get my loan from later? And when is a broker a good idea/bad idea? if you answer all my questions I’ll make the calls tomorrow.

my head it starting to hurt.
